Pranayama practices are yogic breathing exercises that have the ability to quickly increase and balance our energy, reduce stress, improve our mental clarity, and improve our physical health. When our energy (prana) is depleted, this results in increased worry, fear, uncertainty, conflict, tension and other negative emotions. When the energy (prana) level is high and its flow is continuous, smooth and steady, then the mind is calm, positive and enthusiastic.
TriYoga offers a systematic approach to pranayama practices. The private session gives the opportunity to learn these practices in great detail with individualized attention. Simple yoga movements, concentration practices and meditation are also included in this session.
