The session typically includes include discussion of current, past and underlying issues, simple movements to release tensions in the body to prepare for sitting, breathing practices to calm the nervous system, concentration techniques and meditation. Suggestions, tips and tools will be provided for establishing a daily meditation practice. This session is for the beginning meditator to the experienced practitioner.
