I have been working one-on-one with clients for over 20 years. The private yoga session is a journey of inquiry and self-discovery. I work with you to discover the practice moment by moment that best supports you in your own growth and transformation and that will best meet your individual needs. The private session will support you in releasing blocks and limitations allowing you to open into a more expansive, peaceful and present state of body, mind and spirit.
