Prana means Energy
Vidya means Knowledge
The Trinity of PranaVidya Includes:
- Pranayama (breathing sequences)
- Dharana (concentration techniques)
- Dhyana (meditation)
These practices are as important as the daily brushing of your teeth! You will learn a sequence that you can add to your daily routine of self-care for greater health and well-being.
Presented systematically, these yoga practices develop better health, mental clarity and inner peace. The breathing practices build the muscles of the abdomen and pelvis, strengthen internal organs and increase the flow of prana. The concentration and meditation techniques will deepen inner focus and awareness to strengthen and quiet the mind.
This TriYoga workshop will also include TriYoga Flows to release tensions in the body and mudras (hand gestures) to deepen the inner focus (not to mention exercise the hands and fingers!
